Refund Policy

When refunds apply to your Webtem purchase, and how to request one.

Our promise

We want you to be happy with what you buy from Webtem. If something is genuinely broken or not as described, we'll make it right.

When refunds apply

If you discover a broken or missing feature in a template within 14 days of purchase, contact us at hello@webtem.co. We will either fix the issue or issue a full refund — your choice.

If a template clearly doesn't match its description or screenshots on this site, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

When refunds don't apply

Because templates are digital goods, we cannot refund a purchase simply because you changed your mind, no longer need the template, or have already heavily modified the project.

Refunds are not available for the Lifetime Bundle once you've downloaded more than three templates, since you've effectively used the bundle.

Custom project work follows its own milestone schedule — refunds for that are governed by the project agreement, not this policy.

How to request a refund

Email hello@webtem.co from the address you used to purchase, with your order ID and a short description of the issue. We aim to reply within 2 business days.

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
